We offer Camp Families 3 different payment options to choose the plan that best meets their needs:

1. Pay in Full at registration​​

2. Pay deposit - The remaining balance is divided and paid on the 1st of every month, with the final payment due June 1st.

REFUND Policy
We understand that family plans are ever-evolving for the summer. We pride ourselves on being flexible with our Camp Families and will do whatever we can to help make the right schedule for your camper.
​
However, from the moment you register, we begin to incur expenses based on your camper's registration. As a small business, we need to cover these expenses and have made a sliding-scale Refund Policy that increases the closer we get to the start of camp.

January 15 - March 31:
$50 non-refundable per week
​
April 1 - May 31:
$150 non-refundable per week
​
After June 1:
No refunds will be given regardless of the reason for cancelation.
​
Parents will sign a waiver during registration stating they have read the refund policy and agree to the terms.

Please only sign up for the weeks you know for certain your camper will be able to attend.

We totally understand that plans change. We will work with Camp Families to make adjustments to their camp weeks, camp programs and camp options.
​
Families have the flexibility to make changes to their registration as long as there is space in the program they would like to switch into.
​
We do not charge for families who need to switch their weeks or even switch into a different camp program that we offer. If there are spaces open, we will work together to accommodate schedule changes.
